We're excited to share the launch of Posted Up, our new fundraising initiative that mobilises the power of art and community to support urgent global and local causes. The initiative crowdsources original artworks from Yellowzine’s creative network, which are then sold as limited-edition posters, with 100% of profits donated to relevant community-led fund programmes.

Kicking off the series is Posted Up for Sudan, launching in time for Ramadan. This inaugural edition is presented in partnership with Huq That, a creative collective committed to making henna art more accessible for all occasions while fostering a safe and affirming space for queer and non-binary people to engage with the cultural rituals of henna.

Posted Up for Sudan brings together artists working across photography, illustration, painting and graphic design. Contributing artists include Aisha Ayoade, Aisha Seriki, Aya Mohamed, Maryam Adam, Naiyah, Oreoluwa Ayoade, Iliana Kanellopoulou, Ruqaiyyah Patel and Zaineb Abelque. Each artist offers a unique visual response, united by solidarity with the Sudanese community and a shared belief in the power of creative expression to drive meaningful support.

"We started Posted Up to give artists and art collectors a quick and simple route to support. We’re at a point now where it’s easy to feel numb and disconnected from the overwhelming number of causes that need attention. Rather than simply asking for donations, we wanted to create an opportunity for expression and collaboration." Aisha Ayoade, Co-Founder of Yellowzine

By transforming artworks into accessible, collectible posters, Posted Up creates a tangible way for supporters to contribute while celebrating the creative voices shaping contemporary culture.

"For Muslims who observe Ramadan, it is a time of giving, focused on supporting the community and loved ones. Many give their Zakat during this time to support charities and vulnerable people in society. By launching ‘Posted Up’ during Ramadan, we hope to send out a call that reaches everyone within the Yellowzine audience and beyond, encouraging collective action through art.” Oreoluwa Ayoade, Co-Founder of Yellowzine

Posted Up for Sudan will be available for purchase throughout Ramadan via Yellowzine’s online
